Went on a Thursday hoping to try the Brisket & Hash, but was disappointed to find out they only serve it Friday through Tuesday. Had the Loco Moco instead, and it was really good. I decided to make a trip back Monday after hiking Kalalau, and I am so glad I did. The Brisket falls apart. So good! Also, you are greeted with the warmest smile from Azure. Be sure to stop by if nothing else for the hospitality.

We've gone to their location in Hanamaulu for years so I was really excited to check out their new Wailua store. It's right across from the Kinipopo Shopping Center. The staff was super friendly and there were already several people in the store at 7am. They only serve food on certain days, so check their site before you go. I had the vanilla macadamia nut latte with macadamia nut milk and it was super good. I love that they have such a large coffee menu.

Beautiful cafe, love the design. really nice atmosphere and great coffee! We got the Matcha as well and it was amazing Would definitely recommend to come by for breakfast and a coffee, great way to start your day

Cute li’l coffee shop vibe with a li’l more heartier and tastier food options than would typically be available at a plain ol’ coffee shop. Service was friendly and helpful. She said they’re gonna start an evening wine thing that sounds like it could be a really cool place to chill and chat over a glass or 3. Expert opinion: Strawberry cream cheese is the best. It’s not good-it’s great. Panini was yummy and hot. Orange juice was gooder than most. Awesome music selection. Tons’o free parking in the parking lot and lots of other shops and things nearby. You have to go outside for bathrooms, but they’re clean. I wanted to give one less star for this, but I like this place so much I’ll keep it at FIVE STARS! As a long time fan of Sunrise Coffee....I was thrilled to hear they were finally opening a brick & mortar place!! And to top it off....finally a Brunch Place in Kapaa!!!! Just WOW!!! Not only is the atmosphere stellar, the staff is on point, the decor is cozy & beautiful and the Chef...DELISH!! Well done, Team!! Keep up the great work! So worth the drive from ANYWHERE on island!!

We are so excited to have such a wonderful breakfast spot in Wailua! The cafe is well designed, the food and drinks are delicious and sourced locally! We can’t wait to come back, this will be a regular spot of ours.

Great ambience, yummy food and drinks, comfortable seating, good vibes! Tip for plant based peeps: They have a vegan breakfast burrito and avocado toast as their vegan options, and lots of speciality coffee drinks that can be made with plant milks. We will be back!

Excellent breakfast addition to the area and nice contrast to Kountry Kitchen (which is more pancake house style and casual). This is a little more "hip" but nails the food quality. Portions are just right, not too big but satisfying. Plates are not filled up with sides just to fill it, everything is intentional. Flavors are outstanding. Had the croque madame and the brisket Benedict, both excellent. Local roasted coffee beans also a plus. Server was fine, not bad but not very intuitive or "warm" either. That's the only thing for them to work on to be truly outstanding. Will be back.
